Step 1: Go to “Settings” after you log in, and enter the reference time at any distance and pool. Enter your age and gender to include your physiological responses and connection with Energy Zones. Once done, go to the app’s other “functional” pages, depending on your interest.

STEP 1. Insert or copy the Smart Link URL https://training.supersportsystems.com/#/smart-paces to your phone Browser or, simply scan the Smart Paces QR code below
STEP 2. Open Browser Settings (three “dots” at the right upper corner of your phone screen) and Select “Add to Home Screen.”
Step 3: Select “Settings” at the bottom of the app, enter your reference event time, and enjoy precise paces on different distances, Energy Zones, and sets!
- In the Shortcuts app
on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap
on a shortcut, then tap
to open Details.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Optional: To use a custom photo for a Home Screen icon, tap the icon (in the Home Screen Name and Icon area), then choose one of the following:
- Take Photo: Use the camera to take a new photo.
- Choose Photo: Select an existing photo from your Photos library.
- Choose File: Select a photo from the Files app.
- Optional: To change the name that appears on the Home Screen, tap the name (in the Home Screen Name and Icon area), tap
, enter a new name, then tap Return.
- Tap Add.The shortcut is added to your Home Screen.
