We just finished our State Championship meet this past Sunday and had two 13-14 boys finish in the top 8 in the mile. Wyatt finished 6th with a 17:12 and Ben finished 8th with a 17:29. 3S works! Jason (Osborn) won two national (Germany) titles at the weekend. Gold in Lightweight Single U17 and Gold in Lightweight Double Four U17. This is his first year at U17 (he is only 15). Thank you, your program is simple, effective and gets results.

Our kids had a great Junior Olympics. I cannot believe how well they swam. They dropped anywhere from a couple of seconds to 10+ seconds and made it into finals and consols. THANK YOU!
Dear Sergei, Last week we concluded our main season participating in Nicaragua National Championship and now can report the results we achieved with 3S assistance. Our top swimmer, Carla Abarca (16 years old), set several absolute national records in her age group, Carlos Huerta (12 years old) set a new national record in 200 butterfly. Otoniel Munguia (12 years old) set another record in 400 combined. Gerald Hernandez (12 years old) won the free 400-800-1500, and crossed 5,000 meters in open water. As I said, the Super Sport Systems has helped us a lot in achieving these results and we hope to continue these improvements in future.
I wish I had 3S tools when I coached collegiate teams. They help coaches understand the training process and manage athletes at every level.

Thanks again for your help in 2008, my 3rd year with 3S. The race season wrapped up with a 2nd at the Head of the Charles, and a 1st place age-group finish at the 11K Silverskiff Regatta (27th overall out of 471 entrants).
FYI, there were two big sculling events in Europe in October/November: the Armada Cup (9km) in Switzerland and the Silverskiff (11km) in Turin, Italy. I won the masters D at the Armada cup and finished 3rd in masters D in Torino…
At the NRW State Championships Long Distance Test (over 6km) Jason started as a lightweight and he was the younger year of the two years Junior B. He beat all the lightweights and all of the heavyweights. Beat the best heavyweight by one second but is still a win. Jason is now in the state cadre and is aiming to race in the single and double four in the junior German championships end of June.
It is all down to 3S. Well done.
I was quite pleased with my last race at the Head of the Charles two weekends ago. I was about 11% behind the winner versus 14% two years ago (my goals are VERY modest). More importantly, I felt consistently effective during this race; as well as a race several weeks prior. This is quite a change for me in the single as previously some part of me (often lower arms) would fail prematurely.
I have had continual success with your program. My son Andy went to (US Junior National) Trials this summer, and my daughter Aileen came within 100ths of her Trial Qualifying time. All the swimmers I have trained under this program have had 100% best time…

Comparing my results at the Silverskiff in 2008 versus 2007, my speed in terms of meters/second improved 2% – which was great. One other thing you might be interested in, re: the effectiveness of the 3S program. Based on laboratory physiological tests done in April, and then again in November, my anaerobic threshold on the erg increased from 80% to 90% of observed HRmax. The comment from the lab was “keep doing whatever you’re doing, because its clearly working…
It is amazing how much difference in performance I was able to achieve with 3S program this year.
I took a 100% green team to the national level in just one season using 3S. I wish every coach used this program.
